Digimon Rumble Arena 2
This game is called Digimon Battle Chronicle in Japan and is playable for the Gamecube, Playstation 2, and Xbox. Togemon did not appear in the first Digimon Rumble Arena (Digimon Tamers: Battle Evolution in Japan).
There isn't really a plot to DRA2; the player just works her/his way through a variety of battles to reach and unlock the boss Digimon: Neemon, Diaboromon, Duskmon, Omnimon, and Malomyotismon. There are also two arenas and several battle modes to unlock. Unlike in DRA1, the arenas can affect game play; in some, you have to worry more about getting KO'd by the arena than by your opponent!
There are only two things I dislike about the game. The camera zooms in and out so that all players are shown at once on the screen, and it's hard to see your Digimon clearly when your opponent is on the opposite side of the screen from her. Also, the game runs rather slowly at times.

Game Strategy
Starting out with Palmon as your Digimon allows you to use Togemon as soon as you pick up enough Digivolve power-ups to evolve her. After I evolve Togemon, I normally choose not to further evolve her to Lillymon, because I feel Togemon's attacks are stronger. (Plus, I'm a bit biased.) However, it's still a good idea to pick up Digivolve power-ups because you can convert your Digivolve power to HP by pressing L1 + X. Togemon's best attack is Lightspeed Jabbing (see the Togemon's Attacks section below). I've gotten up to 15 hits in at one time with it. It's especially effective on Rookie Digimon. Helpful power-ups for Togemon include Iron Fist, Invincibility, Extra Life, and Health Up.
One of the best ways to beat your opponent is to find an area that's hard to reach (often the highest point in the arena) and stay there, using a long reaching attack (Knockout Fist in Togemon's case) to keep your opponent away. Also, learn where the KO areas are in the arena; these are places where you are instantly KO'd when you touch them, often by falling to the bottom of the arena). Grabbing your opponent and throwing him into the KO area is an easy way to get rid of him! If you have to fight more than one opponent at a time in single-player mode, one strategy is to stand off to the side and let the two or three other opponents fight each other until they are weakened. Alternately, if there is one opponent in these multi-opponent matches that tends to survive longest and gives you trouble (often Gatomon for me), go ahead and attack her while there are other opponents left, ignoring them until she is defeated. That way, you have the others' help to get rid of her early.
