Digimon Xros Wars (Digimon Fusion in the U.S.) was the sixth series of Digimon, divided up into three different seasons. Togemon appeared only in cameos.

#1 - Taiki, Go to Another World! / Mikey Goes to Another World [Images]
At the beginning of the episode, Mikey dreams about leading an army of Digimon known as the Fusion Fighters against the evil Bagra Digimon army. Togemon briefly appears as part of the Fusion Fighters. She is shown once in silhouette, then again standing behind Mikey, where only her legs and gloves are visible.
#3 - Rival Kiriha, Appear! / A Rival Appears
Togemon is again shown when Mikey remembers his dream from episode 1.
#54 - A Glorious DigiXros, Seize It! Our Future!! / Final Fusion - The Fight for Earth [Images]
In order to defeat DarknessBagramon, Shoutmon fuses with almost every other Digimon in existence to form Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode. Numerous Togemon are shown contributing to the fusion, and at least one appears as the Digimon return to the Digital World after DarknessBagramon's defeat.
